What is your garnish?

The collins glass is rimmed with a tamarind-salt and is served on top of a beach-inspired blend of dehydrated ginger, coconut, citric acid, sugar, and orange.

What inspired this garnish?

My cocktail was inspired by a Mexican Beach vacation. Incorporating some of my favorite flavors and cocktail styles. The garnish was created to be playful and interactive. To resemble oneself drinking a margarita or paloma on a beach in Mexico. The garnish uses the waste from making the cocktail ingredients to highlight a sustainable approach to cocktail garnishes.

You vote to help crown the Garnish Games 2024 Champion! The competition starts with 10 contestants, followed by an online public vote to narrow down to the top six finalists. Then, the live finale will showcase the top 6 bartenders that garner the most online votes.

The finale event includes a FREE welcome cocktail for attendees, sample cocktails from all of the Garnish Games bartenders, great music, and giveaways.
